- SafeHaus will determine and assign the file to the appropriate escrow/closing agent and will continuously monitor all contingency dates to ensure timely closing.
- SafeHaus will attempt to have deeds and other necessary closing documents, excluding HUDs prepared for execution at least five (5) days prior to closing.
- SafeHaus will resolve outstanding title issues.
- The SafeHaus Closing Manager will receive and review preliminary HUD-1 settlement statements to ensure that all figures are correct per the terms of the contract agreement.
- SafeHaus will review all seller documents & final HUD1 and present to seller for execution.
- SafeHaus will review and execute via a limited Power of Attorney, if authorized.
- The SafeHaus Closing Manager will call to confirm receipt of funds and HUD-1 by the Client.
- The final HUD-1 (complete with buyers signature) will be available electronically for client review.
- Proceeds will be distributed to the Client by wire and SafeHaus will provide the client with the wire confirmation number.
