SafeHaus will coordinate local real estate brokerage representation and negotiate with mortgage insurers, junior and/or senior lien holders.
- SafeHaus will obtain and review two current interior valuations of the property and formulate a net recovery sheet comparing the foreclosure/REO net present value to the pre-foreclosure net present value.
- Pre-Marketing Property Readiness.
- SafeHaus will manage the listing, marketing, contracting process, closing, and document review.
- Order valuations through SafeHaus national provider network to be utilized for loss mitigation analysis on foreclosures assigned to local counsel within 5 business days.
- SafeHaus will review and reconcile value variances between original values and current values, research local market conditions, and provide an analysis of findings to the client within 3 business days.
