Claudia A. Smith – EVP Operations

Claudia contributes over thirty (30) years of mortgage industry experience with twenty-five (25) years emphasis on servicing including seventeen (17) years of REO management and marketing. She has been in the REO outsource industry with First American REO Servicing (FAREO) and Matrix Asset Management for eleven (11) years and has prior REO liquidation experience as both a Liquidation Specialist and Escrow Officer for the FDIC.

In addition, Claudia served as a Senior Operations Specialist with the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC). Her industry experience includes management positions in loan production, servicing, and REO disposition. Most recently she served as the Vice President of Operations for First American REO Servicing.
